About us
We at ARK_ are a young and ambitious Paris-based start-up with a passion for the hospitality industry. We were founded in 2023 by Isa and Jules as a university spin-off. Our team includes 5 young professionals from 3 different continents, with different educational backgrounds and broad industry experience. We strongly believe in the urgent need to make the hospitality industry more sustainable. Our idea is therefore to enable companies in the industry to become more sustainable by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and partners they need. Our network of sustainability experts and hospitality industry leaders enables us to provide unique value to our clients.

Jules Desole
Co-founder
Jules is one of our co-founders. He has 7+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked for hotels in several different countries. His own experience with (mostly lacking) sustainability practices in the hospitality industry inspired him to change something. Jusles' passion for sustainability is unbeaten.

Isabella Alberti
Co-founder
Isabella is one of our co-founders. She has +4 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in several top-class hotels in different roles. Isabella is highly dedicated to shaping the future world of hospitality. Her industry experience allows her to quickly understand customer issues and find appropriate solutions and partners.
Inès Akpinar
Head of Customer Relations & Product Development
Inès holds a Master's Degree in Management and has broad experience in the restaurant industry. With her international expertise in F&D, Inès has excellent knowledge about current sustainability issues in restaurants and improvement potentials.
Yuhao Ye
Head of Customer Experience
Yuhao holds a Master's Degree in Management and has deep experience in tech- and gaming companies. He has a passion for technology and customer experience and is the one responsible for the unique ARK_ customer experience.
Miro Endres
Head of Business Development
Miro holds a Master's Degree in Management and has experience in several different industries, including retail, automotive, and consulting. He is passionate about sustainable businesses and the opportunity of sustainable hospitality. His broad industry experience allows us to take different perspectives and make use of a broad intersectoral network
